Collabora is proud to be once again sponsoring the annual Linux Plumbers Conference, the developer conference that "brings together the top developers working on the “plumbing” of Linux — kernel subsystems, core libraries, windowing systems, etc. — to work together on core design problems". This year's four-day conference will be taking place in Santa Fe, New Mexico, at the Santa Fe Convention Centre from November 1 to 4.
A number of Collaborans, including Guy Lunardi, Sjoerd Simons, Gustavo Padovan and Thierry Escande, will be attending this year, so please come say hello, or catch one of their presentations during the week:
A look at the current status and future developments of the Linux NFC project.
A discussion on OEMs and consumers needs for comprehensive packaging of “applications”.
Gustavo Padovan will also be taking part in the Android/Mobile microconference session on Thursday, November 3, to give an update on the mainlining of the Android Sync Framework.
Check out the full Linux Plumbers Conference schedule here. See you there!
